Where do you buy property?

We buy property from every village, town and city all over the UK.

Do you charge for viewing our property?

There is no charge for viewing your property. We will need to have a discussion regarding your house on the telephone prior to viewing.

How much do you charge for your service?

We do not charge any fees at all. We even pay up to £500 for your solicitation fees.

How long does it take to sell?

The time it takes to sell depends entirely on your specific needs and circumstances. We can exchange contracts within a few days if necessary, and complete at a time which is suitable for you. We do what we can to accommodate your personal needs and timescale requirements. 

When would I need to leave the house?

If you decide to sell your house to us, we can discuss your prefered timescale for vacating the property. We will reach an agreement, prior to commencing which should hopefully suit your needs.  You may even have an option of renting back the property from us for a while.

How much would you pay for my house?

Typically, we would offer about 80% of the current market value of your house.  The value depends on many factors including; state, condition, size, type and location in your locality.
